18 Years of American Heritage – a Review
Also Sabine Ryan , founder and CEO of American Heritage, would like to say a few words to you on the occasion of the 18th anniversary:
Thank you very much for 18 wonderful years! We are delighted that we are now celebrating our 18th birthday - something we should not take for granted. In the time since we were founded, we have met many customers and friends who have accompanied us on a wonderful journey to this day. We have been able to turn a dream into reality.
Our birthday video, with its many beautiful moments, moved me to tears when I first watched it. The first delivery from America was stored in our living room and garage in 2004. Every year, new items were added in the home, garden and food categories. The range in our stores became more and more varied and the number of trade fairs increased. We even exhibited in Paris. It is legendary that our construction team at the time unfortunately fell ill and we had to send an emergency team to France by truck overnight to dismantle it. That is just one example of how something didn't go according to plan, but we, as a young, innovative team, found solutions.
Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart and Salzburg were wonderful shops that I still miss. But time moves on and today we are the contact for high-quality delicatessen products from America. We supply wonderful shops, near and far. We carefully check and select each product. In 18 years we have visited so many suppliers, manufacturers and trade fairs in America.
I am delighted that American Heritage is a family business and combines the ideas and strengths of several Ryans. Just in time for our birthday, not only did our family have a new addition, but American Heritage itself also had a new addition with an additional website for vegan delicatessen at www.madevegan.de.
