Ingredients:
- 1 butcher's onion (or vegetable onion)
- 150 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 0.5 packets of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- oil for frying
Instructions
- First, peel the skin from the onions and cut them into 1 centimeter thick slices cut.
- Then cut the slices into individual onion rings push out and separate from each other.
- Then put the flour in a bowl and add baking powder, cayenne pepper and salt and Mix well.
