Coeur a la Creme Form
There are many delicious recipes for Coeur a la Creme, a dessert for birthdays and Valentine's Day. Cream cheese, cream, vanilla extract and sugar are chilled overnight in the fridge in this form. The liquid can escape through the holes in the base. Before serving, the heart is decorated with fruit and sauces. Cherry or raspberry sauce or even chocolate sauce with nuts are examples.
