Garlic Teriyaki Sauce by Stonewall Kitchen
The Garlic Teriyaki Sauce will delight you: the pleasant spiciness of soy sauce combines with the fine aroma of freshly roasted garlic. Brown sugar further rounds off the teriyaki sauce, which is excellent for marinating and glazing poultry, beef, fish, and vegetables. Our American Heritage tip: Marinate zucchini, eggplant, and bell peppers with Garlic Teriyaki, sear briefly, and enjoy with fresh white bread.
Stonewall Kitchen is a perfect example of the American dream: in 1991, Jim Stott and Jonathan King had a small market stand at a farmers' market in Maine, where they offered their homemade jams and barbecue sauces. The delicacies, made with great love, sold so well that the two amateur chefs soon moved from their small kitchen to a larger one. As their small business became increasingly successful, they had to move into larger premises again and again over the following years until they finally moved into the 'Stonewall Kitchen Headquarters' in York, Maine. Since 2000, the fine specialties that delight gourmets all over the world have been produced here.
