Slow 'N Sear Deluxe charcoal basket for indirect grilling & BBQ from SnS
You can heat a kettle grill particularly hot by using a charcoal basket or use it for indirect grilling and BBQ. For this, American Heritage recommends the Slow & Sear Basket Deluxe, made by a small manufacturer. It is very sturdy and made from stainless steel with an additional grate for the charcoal. By redirecting the heat, part of the grill surface becomes particularly hot and can be used for steaks, for example (sear). The cooler surface is used for indirect grilling or BBQ - slow cooking. Our Slow & Sear Charcoal Basket Deluxe is an upgrade of the previous model Slow 'N Sear 2.0 .
A special feature of our charcoal basket is the device for filling it with water. Water acts as a protective shield against the heat and also provides moisture.
Suitable for Weber Kettle or comparable kettle grills measuring 47cm, 57cm or larger. Grill utensil for two-zone grilling with grate.
