The color originally comes from the Old Fashioned Milk Paint range (sold there under the name Lexington ) and is now also part of the Sweet Pickins Boutique line . Thanks to the EN71-3 certification, Basil is also safe for use on children's furniture and toys .

Like every Sweet Pickins Milk Paint color, Basil is made from natural ingredients according to a traditional recipe. The milk paint comes in powder form , mixed with warm water , and is versatile in its application – from translucent to opaque.
