
The legendary American preserving jars Ball Jars Mason jars have been used by generations of Americans to preserve jam, fruit, and other delicacies. These jars are still manufactured in the old factories in America today. But they're not just a delight for us as preserving jars – in our Munich store, we have antique jars with knobs and all sorts of other knick-knacks.
There are so many ideas for using the jars, and we'd like to share a few suggestions. Today I'm serving a delicious dessert in the jars – a quark dish with fresh currants. Simply use different ribbons, color-coordinated to match the fruit, and let's go!
