In 2009, Mick Kittredge, son of the Yankee Candle founder, decided to follow in his father's footsteps and founded his own scented candle company: the Kringle Candle Company. The company has always worked with the best perfumers. In addition to the exceptionally fine and diverse fragrances, the range combines the best of traditional and modern candle designs. The naturally obtained paraffin wax of the Daylights and candle jars is, as with all Kringle candles, elegantly white to harmonize with any background.
American Heritage has had the opportunity to take a look at the production of the candles several times: All Kringle Candles are produced in small batches in Bernardston, Massachusetts. The gentle processing allows the finest fragrance oils to be used.
The secret of this incredibly sophisticated fragrance bouquet only gradually becomes clear to the nose: mysterious and elegant aromas of rosewood, oak moss and vetiver (sweet grass) create an earthy, bitter-sweet scent that is surrounded by fine citrus notes. A hint of rosemary and sage complement this fantastic fragrance mixture and also have an invigorating effect on the body and mind. Who can resist such a seductive scent and not wish to be far, far away?
