Who hasn't seen them in a film? The original Jasper chairs from the traditional Jasper Seating Company from southern Indiana can also be found in American courtrooms and libraries. These legendary chairs have been artfully made in Jasper, Indiana, from solid oak since 1929 using the extremely rare wood steam bending technique. Each chair is height adjustable and also has an adjustable rocking mechanism. Jasper Seating is committed to ecological processing; the oak is sourced from farmers based in Indiana.
A Jasper chair is custom made in Indiana from oak wood according to the customer's wishes regarding finish and seat cushion. The upholstered chair comes with a black leather cushion. Choose your upholstered chair from the wood colors Henna (medium cherry), Honey (lighter cherry), Ecru (clear varnish), black or white.
We offer the untreated version without upholstery so that you can dye and finish it according to your wishes and the upholstery will not be dyed during this process.
