Your grilled food will get an additional grill flavor by smoking it with wet wood chips. Depending on your taste, we have different types of wood available for you.

A handful of wood chips are soaked in water and then spread over the glowing coals just before the meat goes on the grill. This also works very well on a gas grill if the wet wood chips are heated in a smoking box or aluminum foil on the grill.
